Recovery Powerhouse Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • A handful of spinach leaves (optional for an extra nutrient boost)
